Garage Rawk Roots: The Sonics and The History of Rock
Hey kids, stumbled into a
pretty cool site today while i was lookin for historic detail on some Sonics stuff. (Btw: the "Have Love, Will Travel"
tune with the wild scream ya may have heard on the car commercials ? Somebody got paid! Kick Ass!!) i always want to
know more about everything and i love it when i find a source that is close to the source. Cub Koda even wrote one of the
entries on The Trashmen. Look both of them up if you don't know! Anyway, great entry on the Sonics and links to some cool
clips. Dunno who's behind the site and i hate RealAudio plugins but there is some real deep history here for anyone who
cares. The site has tracks goin back thru the fourties and tries to cover all of the music that donated a riff to rawk as
we know it. i LuV tHe WeB!!
